Recently, Sydney, Australia had a photo exhibition that highlighted Nepal's diverse landscape. The event, which was organized by the Manghari Foundation, commemorated Nepal News Australia's eleventh anniversary. Twenty-two images by photographer Bharat Bandhu Thapa that showcased Nepal's natural and cultural history were on display.

The Chief Guest during the event was Chitralekha Yadav, the Nepali Ambassador to Australia. Ambassador Yadav underlined during his remarks at the expo that the occasion would greatly aid in advancing Nepal's travel and tourism sector. In order to strengthen their ties to their nation, she also urged Nepalis residing in Australia to travel to Nepal more often.

Several speakers at the event said the pictures are a good approach to introduce the globe about Nepal's lesser-known cultural heritage and diversity. "The exhibition is a living representation of Nepal, offering a glimpse into its diverse customs and landscapes," said Consul Sanjeev Sharma of New South Wales.

Through his photography, Bharat Bandhu Thapa gave guests a glimpse of Nepal's distinctive natural and cultural splendor. His images gave tourists a comprehensive understanding of Nepalese culture by capturing everything from breathtaking scenery to rituals.

Thapa showed Ambassador Yadav and Consul Sharma a picture book as a thank you. The book serves as a keepsake that encapsulates the visual essence of Nepal, further emphasizing the exhibition’s mission to promote the country’s heritage.

The event successfully highlighted Nepal’s cultural richness and helped strengthen connections between the Nepali diaspora in Australia and their homeland. Through photography, the exhibition provided a meaningful platform to showcase Nepal’s diverse beauty and foster a sense of pride among Nepalis living abroad.
